What kinda gas mileage you guys getting with the V6? I just bought a V6 Quad cab, and was just wondering what to expect. Thanks

 

I have a reg cab V6, E-fan, underdrive pulley, and K&N filter. I just filled up and calculated I just got 17 mpg. City driving. Best yet.

 

The best I got before I started modding was 16.6 w/ a 60/40 of city/highway. I guess if you did all highway you could get 20-22 mpg, it's not really better on gas than the 4.7. I gained 1.5-2 mpg from an electric fan conversion, but I doubt you want to do that on a truck you just bought.

 

I get around 18-19 MPG, with most of my driving on the highway and on a good day(70-80%). Doing stop&go traffic though I get around 15-16 MPG. I live in Houston,TX so it varies due to what traffic looks like... there's good days and then there's bad days...

i get anywhere from 15-17 usually but i mostly drive in town. i would say 80/20

I get around 13 here, its mostley all city driving, and my wheel's and tires do not help at all.

 

usually I get around 17 or 18, but I got 22 on the way back from colorado the other day.
