so what would cherry bomb glass packs do for performance. my friend has his on a 2000 ram and they sound pretty good.

I have reset my tune but i also messed with my SC settings and i cant seem to set them back where my truck was running great. What is the best setting for the chip to be at? What shift point should i set them at?

So should i keep my 3 inch exhaust at just merge an X pipe in there or should i remove the whole thing???

With what i got how would i adjust it to put out more power at low end?? Or i need more mods???

if you are going to be running true duals, you should really have 2.25" or maybe 2.5" max piping. as for glasspacks, im sure they flow much better than flowmasters. or if you like the glass packs, look into aero turbines. or basically any muffler with a strait through design.

Loose the 3" pipe its only hurting you with true duals.

I have not had glass packs on any of my trucks so I cant tell you what they will do for you. As mentioned above look for something with a straight through design.

for the tuner I always ran my SC with the 91 tune:
Rev Limiter: 6300
1-2 WOT: 6100
2-3 WOT: 6050
With those settings I alwas got the fastest 0-60 times and it pulls nice up top. Try it for yourself and see how you like them.

If you are beating him off the line then your lowend should be semi alright for now but if you want to improve it you need to invest in some gears, personally with 22's I'd say go with the 4.56's but 4.10's should also work out for you as well. After that a new E-fan will free up some lost power and is fairly cheap and easy to install.

Then some more expensive warranty voiding items like a new converter to free up a lot of the lost power and tq, and a new cam and headers will add some really nice gains for hp and tq. But you are looking at a lot of green to get those last few things to be purchased, installed and tuned (which cannot be done with the superchips so you will need a new tuner as well).

the bigger wheels don't mean bigger tires, tires are likely stock-ish diameter.
the efan is probably your best bet for a quick upgrade that should free up some hp.
that octane boost crap doesn't do anything for hp.

what you really need is some stickers. I hear the neon ones add big gains but its just speculation

Ironically, the restiction of the flowmaster mufflers may be helping him with the 3" pipes. You need a X or H pipe to equalize the exhaust pressure.

Just wondering, What did you do with your O2 sensors when you re-did your exhaust? That can effect you also.

Do you have any good websites to purchase an E-Fan???

Well when i got my custom exhaust the guy cut both pipes right below my cats then started the exhaust from there so i have to pipes straight back with 2 flow masters. my O2 sensors were never messed with.

You know what guys i found a vaccum leak in my intake. When i put in the TBS and put in a new filter for my intake i guess i didnt tighten my the parts right. Because when i drive at a low RPM range my intake sounds like a Turbo lol It whisels loud. I just thought that it was the TBS. But my friend told me he would take a look tomorrow.

Would that decrease my power alot?? My friend said it was like drinking out of a straw with a hole. YOu can suck harder to get more drink... Is this true????

O yea New Pics Of My Truck lol
