Could it be becasue i need an oil change?

Do our hemi's have spark plugs?

If they do do you think it is not getting the proper spark?

And what will they do to my truck if i got it Dyno tuned???
If you're losing power from a lack of oil changes, it's too late to do anything about it now. Just out of curiosity, when is the last time you changed your oil? It seems a strange question for you to be asking.

Spark plugs? Really?

We have no way of knowing. Go do some datalogging and YOU tell US.

A dyno tune wont do anything for your truck. Dyno tunes are for trucks with serious mods.

No i am really serious about these things......!!! LOL

I know all these things i just really didnt know what a Dyno tune would do for my truck. And yes i am due for an oil change maybe i will gain a couple of seconds on the 1/4 mile when i change it lol jk.

Anyways any opinions why i am losing power when i hit 4800 rpms and higher??? It feels like its on stock mode when i hit these rpms.

running too lean, runing too rich... who knows? We can guess all day but it won't help. You need to get a wideband af gauge so you can see what's going on there. Do you have a tuner to log with? You may have a lot of kr above 4800 rpms. There's just no way to guess.

In the meantime while you're getting your oil changed, have the dealer verify that you have the most current flash for the flux capacitor. Some of the older versions were known to have problems. How old is your truck? They may reflash it under warranty, if not they can probably do it for around $25.

An oil change might help, going with the right oil. When I went to synthetic, it seemed like my truck ran so much smoother.

Our trucks use a system much more sophisticated than spark plugs. There are little matches and flint down there. Burns up all of the fuel. You might need to pull those out. Matches only last so long.

A tune shouldn't make your truck worse, but to what extent of power gain you would get for the money, I couldn't answer that for you.

ANd yea when i take it off if you are interested in mt TBS it is brand new only have about 80 miles with it on.

When my truck use to run a low 15 1/4 mile i was all proud but when i put some more mods it went up to 16.6 1/4,, today when i ran a 1/4 mile i was so mad I RAN A 17.1 QUARTER MILE... WHATS THE DEAL???? ANY Answers???? I ave no check engine lights on.. have not done nothing to mess with performance at all since i put mods...
you answered your own question..the exhaust killed your low-end (until you can build up)..the cheapest quickest way (and if you don't want to change all that piping) is get a 3"si\2.5"so muffler for each pipe..this should effectively bring some of the low-end stuff back...and go with a bigger muffler (preferably a magnaflow..imo)...and if you want loud, throw in a couple cutouts and yul get the best of both worlds..

also, the only options yul have for dyno tuning is if you have a diablo or sct programmer to start with... with sc, you can add a psc1 piggyback and dyno for wot...
