Default Superchips setting

Alright
I have my truck set on 91 performance tune.
I have a 5.7 hemi
with the 3.55 gears
Magnaflows and DIY intake.

I need to know what to set my 1-2 WOT and 2-3 WOT and rev limit at??

At the advice of others I have it set @ rev limiter to 6300, WOT 1-2 6150 and WOT 2-3 6050
It doesn't drive right it like hitting fuel cut at the high rpms.
Also im only getting 16.6 mpg on the highway with the new tune?? that seems wrong. I was getting 20 highway before I flashed it?
Advice?

Well man dont know what to tell you, mine ran like a champ with those settings and had no problems whats so ever. Try setting back to the normal 91 tune without anything modified and see what that does for you. Also did you change the speed limiter as well?

Also did you have your tire size reflashed when you went to a bigger tire? And did you do it with the programmer?

Maybe the power band of your engine is dropping off at that high of an RPM. I have always had mine set at the max SC will allow and it pulls hard right up to the shift.

The thing that scared me about setting it to the max when I had one was I didn't know how well the engine would handle on stock parts that high up into the RPM range and 6500 rpms is up there.

I have tried the 91 setting before but not on highway, but i do know that I get 18.5 on highway with the mileage saver tune with my MDS on with 35s. Right now I am running 87 tune. When I am WOT i can feel in the higher RPMs, before it shifts, when I hit maximum power and then i can feel it drop off. Also my WOT shifts are at lower RPMs cause I dont like to abuse my motor after it starts losing power. Maybe the power curve is what you are feeling. When did you last update your tuner? Maybe that is the problem.

I wouldn't go above 6300 RPM on the stock parts, read somewhere that is the point where things start to break. Even with all the settings maxed out I have never seen it rev above 6250 on my engine. I feel safe there still but wouldn't let it go much higher.

Even with the rev set at 6500 RPM I have never come close to hitting that number. It shifts fast enough to keep it from getting up that high.

Side note, I see you are another SE PA guy. Not too far from me at all.
