a fleet vehicle

an italian car dealer bought it and now selling it to me....

could be the desh broken during the accident and changed for fix the new airbag?
can I use the last american title number to obtein some news?
and what is this sticker for?

AFAIK lack of the dash VIN is a federal no-no and can also be indicative of a stolen vehicle.

Be very careful.

check out this website. I seen this on TV and it is a growing trend across the country. They say it works so well for thiefs because states do not share registration information with each other so its easy to have 2 registered vehicles with the same VIN in different states. If it don't have a VIN, I'd avoid that car like the plague

 

I know your not in the US but here there is no way I'd ever touch that vehicle. Even if I lived over there I probably wouldn't. Can't you get something better than a Dodge Ram anyway? I mean it's not like it's some super great best truck ever anyway and that's the only one. I'd look for another one if you can if there aren't many more there I'd look for something else.

 

1-would YOU have bought that HARLEY with a suspecious VIN#
2- the car dealer is not the owner- their name is NOT on a local tittle
3- ALREADY a serious accident on record- could be a tottaled vehicle.

I feel better today! thank you guys I have controlled better under the windshield and are successful to find it. It has been my mistake because I had tried on the extreme left side just under to winshild's pillar like in some other cars, but in the dodge truck is just a bit more in the center...my fall

you still want a tittle in the name of the seller.... they need to do it correctly...

 

the sticker is a texas inspection sticker. You could call texas dps and find out if that vehicle has that vin. It also tells you that vehicle was in texas in feb of 2009.

 

RUN, don't walk from that truck. That IS NOT a VIN.
