New Truck, Where to start?
Can we have marshmallows around the fire and sing Kum Ba Yah? I feel the love.
But seriously, there are some bad a$$ trucks on here and dedogg's is one of them....
Hemi44's ain't bad either!
As far as the mods go, Magnaflow seems to be a popular choice for mufflers. It depends if you want loud or quiet, etc....
It also depends on which way you want to go. Do you want performance or looks first? It's up to you. Browse the threads and make decisions based on several opinions. Everyone has an opinion about something and they may all be different! You just have to use your best judgment.
For exhausts, I would recommend looking at just replacing the muffler. The stock piping should be just fine. I believe it is 3" on your model. You can pick up a good muffler from Summit or Jeg's for a good price as opposed to buying a 'cat-back' system which costs hundreds of dollars.
A decent CAI also cost on average $300. You can make one yourself with parts from Home Depot for less than $50.
The Superchips 3865 is pretty slick and lots of folks here have had good results with them. I am debating on that purchase...lots of coin there as well.
So your choices are somewhat limitless, based on your needs and wants, and of course, your cash flow!

I'd way rather do the performance mods first. I figure if I start there then the truck will run better and hopefully hold up better in the long run. Looks will come later with time, and of course money. Thanks.
