I want the wiring diagram of the 2007 and 2009 2wd hemi steering wheel and the wires that run to them so everything to do with the steering wheel and wiring it up im trying to see if i can switch the 07 steering wheel with a 09 one!

If you know someone at a body shop they should be able to tell you, they deal with replacing steering wheels all the time they should have a compatibility chart

I'm thinking as long as the splines line up and the plugs from the air bag and wheel (depending on your options, radio, cruise) to the clockspring are the same, it should be all good.

I would be more concerned about the actual shaft design first. Make sure they are the same, then you could modify the wiring if needed.

Depends on the steering wheel design. Rams use a standard steering wheel/dampener puller. Liberty's use this different gear puller that looks like a valvespring compressor.
