Electric Fan
There is a taurus fan DIY here https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...c-fan-diy.html and one for the flex-a-lite on dodge talk.
Here are a couple pics. The first one is just a generic pic of a Taurus fan off a 3.8 and the second is a pic of the fan installed inside the stock shroud. Sorry that I don't have a better pic of it installed but since it is inside the stock shroud it is hard to get a good pic of it.

Thanks Teacher anyone got any 180 extreme pics? Also what do you guys recommend more the taurus or the extreme? If I got the taurus I would have to buy the fan controller.
I personally like the Taurus route. The fan pulls more than enough air and only costs around $20 -$30. Then you can pick any controller you like, from a simple preset temp controller up to a more expensive variable speed controller.

I bought the one that I used when installing the Taurus fan on my Mustang at Pep Boys, about $30. It's a Hayden brand. Works great, just let the engine get up to the point that you want it to come on and adjust the pot until it comes on. It will automatically turn back off about 12 degrees cooler. Mine comes on at 205 and off about 188. I run a 180 thermostat.
I would not run lower than a 195 thermostat in a Dodge due to known sludge issues. Hotter oil will run back to the pan much better. Mine Ram runs 204 all of the time according to my Predator.
