Default wow good service

so my old man's 06 ram has been giving him some issues of late it's been back and forth to the dealer about a p0456 code for a small evap leak. basically they replaced this NVLD pump the first go and that didn't fix it. been back and forth waiting for the code to come back and try and get a diagnosis and from this time now the truck is at 38k problem started at 35k and all I gotta say is anyone in the Central pennsylvania area looking for a good dealer go to lancaster dodge. basically it was the fuel tank filler neck that had a small leak and that means it needs an entirelly new tank to fix the issue. they covered it under warranty even though the truck is out of warranty no questions asked. can't say enough good about them.

There are a few good dealers out there. Mine, Commonwealth Dodge here in Louisville, recently had my Ram to repair a roaring noise. It sounded like it had mud terrain tires on it. They tried rotating them to see if the noise changed, but while on the rack, the guy noticed that the noise could be heard buy turning the right front wheel by hand. Bad bearing assembly. So I already had an appointment 2 days later to have the front end aligned because the tires are cupping a bit on the outsides (common on Rams with 20" Goodyear tires) so I took it back then. Well, they replaced the bearing assembly, aligned the front end, rerotated the tires and put the best two on the front and didn't charge me a thing. Front end alignments are only covered for 12 months or 12K miles. Mine has 19K.
It's good to know that there aree a few good dealers out there, you only seem to hear about the crappy ones most of the time.
