Highway miles don't hurt that bad. My 08 already has 19,800 on it from driving 72 miles round trip to work every day.
It also depends on the area that you live in. Used vehicle prices are quickly rising around here due to a short supply. The cash for clunkers program took a lot of potential used vehicles off of the market and left a big dent in used car inventories. This has jacked up used prices between 2K and 3K over the same vehicles last year.
I would shoot for about 15K as a realistic price on a Laramie.
