I have an '04 Ram ST and have done alot of SLT upgrades. Latest is to get an overhead console and computer and I'm wondering if anyone has any information about wiring this into my truck. HELP!!!

 

was it that much of a price difference to not just buy the SLT package instead of doing all these upgrades?

 

speaking of Overhead Console.. is there anyway to stop it ratteling from the bump of my bass??

cuz its getting annoying.. does anybody have any detail instructions on how to dissassemble it ....

Actually yes. I have spent less than 1000k on my upgrades including factory cruise, 17" factory alloys, power windows, power door locks and keyless entry, cd player, and now the overhead console thing. The difference between and SLT and my ST is more like 4k.

Where are you getting the stuff to do the upgrades?
I would like to put a keyless entry system on my truck, but I have to install the power locks first. I would love to have power windows too, but the keyless is more important to me. thanks

 

the over head console in the new body style just snaps/pops/clips in place(whatever or however you want to put it). Basically, you just yank on the damn thing and it will come off... above the headliner it attaches to a cheezy piece of plastic that is held on by 2 screws, your rattle could be that thing.

 

E-bay baby, power doorlock actuators 2 for 8 dollars after shipping and the keyless entry for 36 after shipping :P

 

I would recomend some dynamat.

 

Till you stop on the gas and it goes nowhere.
