I have a 07 Ram Big horn. At times when I get in and start it the AC fan will not come on. I have tried switching from outside air to recycle. Turning the Ac button off. Started the truck with the fan selector to off. If the outside air is on and I start driving, I can feel some cool air coming in so I dont think its the actual AC. ANy ideas or has someone else had this same issue.

 

The fan will kick on anywhere from 20 secs to a minute after I start the truck.

 

You talking about the inside blower? It should come on as soon as you start the truck if the switch is on. Could be a bad switch or relay.

 

ignition switch is where i would start have had nothing but bad problems with it
