Looking to upgrade my exhaust system but dont want it loud . I want it to be a single shot out the side like the stock exhaust . I had a jba system on my 01 chevy but it was a bit loud for me any suggestions.

 

Maybe leave the stock muffler on and remove the resonator. Any louder than that will sound pretty crappy when the MDS kicks in.

 

Straight Pipes!!!!! haha jk jk. Like lxman1 said, take out the resonator and maybe put a nice tip on it.

 

stock everything but change the muffler with an aeroturbine 3030xl. great rumble but not too loud.

Lose the front resonator, flowmaster 40 series or magnaflow muffler, keep the stock tailpipe with resonator. I tried several variations on my 06 Hemi and this by far is the best. There is no cabin noise or low rpm drone. Loud enough to hear it when your on the gas but not obnoxious.

 

The AT 3030xl has a good sound without being too loud at all.
