I wouldn't waste your time. It's not worth the hassle of replacing oem with a diff shaped oem product. Just buy an aftermarket muffler with 3" in/out and you'll be good to go.

From what I remember, you can't see much on the inside. I can try to get a picture though. Here is the outside

lxman1, no need for a pic from the inside, unless you want to cut it open, lol..Thats what Im really looking for..Thanks though.

Guys, Im not a fan of aftermarket mufflers due to the interior cab noise..Exception of the borla from the daytona and I should of went with that when I had the chance since it would of been minimal nose. But the reason my choice is for the 09 is I read somewhere they were more free flowing than the previous years. Now I know Im not expecting a huge gain from it but if there was a little better flow benefit from it that would be great.

Now I know Im comparing apples to oranges here since I upgrade my 02 4.7 intake manifold with one from an 08 4.7 and the result was a night and day difference. Not planning on getting the same results like that but Im assume since the 4th gen 5.7s have been bumped up in horsepower I would think they would need to do something with the muffler?

The at3030 looks like a standard glass pack on the inside to me. Nothing special there.
