Ford is currently in the works of building there 2010 f-150 eco-boost twin turbo v6 motor that will put out 365hp and 360 foot pounds of torque....and get 15-20 percent better fuel milage than its current 5.4l motor....i had the luxury of driving the new 2010 ford taurus with the eco boost motor in it the other day and it HALLS *** it deff feels like it would stomp on a mustang gt and it makes its power from 1600rpm all the way uo to its redline at 6200......

The raptor is currently the only model to have the 6.2L boss v8 in...although they will prob throw it into the Harley Davidson additions as well. The raptor is basically a baja ready race truck from the factory with long travel suspension...thats what they say anyways and its gonna be damn pricey.

Yeah its a pretty cool truck I mean there is nothing out there like it right now. Sure Nissan has the nismo and toyota has the trd but theses are just little kits that include new shocks some cute stickers and if your luck a limeted slip rear. The power wagon is in a completely different element sure its good off road but could you take it through the dessert at 80 mph. The power wagon is cool in its own right but the raptor just has way more appeal to me.

Ford. only brand that puts thier name on a product and circles the problem.

I used to own nothing but fords, in 2002 and 2004, booth new F-150's were basket case's right from new, I can give ford credit for not wanting bail out money, but ford is better at marketing and hidding thier problems.

A long the way, I'm sure dodge and Gm have sent loyal owners into othier brands, ownership preferance seems to have major shifts every three to four years.

But Ford, never ever, again.

And you think a stock raptor would handle this abuse???
Baja trucks are not done up showroom specials! They have 10's of thousands of dollars invested into them to make them capable.

I know the baja trucks are way different hell they run at triple digits and cost hundred of thousands of dollars but I would like to see any other manufacturerer produce something this good. I mean he must be doing atleast 55 to 60 mph in this video ford has claimed speed of 80 in rough conditions are attainable.
