Default Pushbutton Entry

I would like to be able to unlock my doors without having the key. Anyone know of anyway of adding pushbutton entry to out trucks? Specifically the 05 model.

You can add keyless entry very easily and several ways. You can add the factory gear, remote start gear or alarm/remote start combo gear.

You can add keyless and a starter very easily. Check this site out. They prepare the kits specifically for your vehicle and supply all materials needed like connectors, test light and color directions telling you specifically where each wire is and how to test them. They make the install easy for dummie's. No need for worry.

Or you can add a basic factory keyless for about the same price.

I have keyless entry via factory, Im looking for the pushbutton entry.

You know where you punch in a code on the touch pad on the door and it unlocks the doors. You know, for idiots like me who go and lock there keys in the truck.

But what if instead of the door he mounted it somewhere inconspicous yet still protected. Still able to keylessly unlock yet no trace of it.

There is another interesting device that I've seen advertised, I don't know how well they work though.

It's an unlock system that basically uses a microphone that you attach to your windshield. Usually down by the vin plate. You pre-program a clap sequence and when you approach your truck, all you have to do is recreate the same clap by the windshield and it will pop your locks. Last I saw, it was around $90.00 for the kit.....

I was really hoping there was a way of taking one out of a newer model and fitting it to mine. I know the newer models had it as an option.
