lmao. I am trying to understand, because you got an aftermarket CAI the dealer wont cover you? Or is it because of the amount of water due to your escapade?

i have the CAI but if i were to take it off and put the factory stuff back on tell them what happen do you think warranty will take care of it and of course i will not tell them about the CAI

I dunno man, I am not a mechanic so I wouldnt know where to look for the water. I guess its worth a shot the worst thing they could say is were not covering it.

If he sucked up enough water to hydrolock it, it won't be warranty if he did or didn't have a cold air intake. But having the cold air intake on there is definetly a red flag if it has a bent rod.
