well i guess i am goin to have a new truck i got a new transmission on it when it had 29,789 and now a new motor at 34,545 i still like my dodge

You did the right thing. It isn't Dodge's fault that your CAI filter is too low and sucked up water. They are not responsible for the failure. Yeah, you could have maybe put the stock intake back on and gotten it covered somehow, but that would have been dishonest.
I commend you for doing the right thing. That's what insurance is for. Make sure that a dealer does it with a new crate engine, not a small shop with a re-manufactured engine. The truck is too new for that.

Is this the same truck that they tried to void the rearend warranty because you painted it?

rear end was somebody else. And yes the dealership is doin a new crate engine because my insurance wanted to make sure i did not have no problems at all.

What happened to the tranny that it failed already?
