Default Trans Pan Stripped thread

Hi guys! I have an 04 1500 4x4 with the 4.7 motor. I noticed some trans fluid under my truck yesterday and climbed underneath to have a look. some of my bolts were a little loose (last serviced by the dealership about a year ago). So I tightened them up and found that one of the bolts has some stripped threads. What can I do to fix this? I've heard of helicoils, but I'm not familiar with them. can anyone provide any advice or how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

The only thing I can think of is the heli coils or re-threading the hole with a slightly larger tap.

HeliCoils or re-tap and use a slighty larger bolt. Either way it is pretty easy, And either way requires you to drill a slightly larger hole. HeliCoils can be had at any autoparts store.
