$400 - $500 for the part alone, then the install unless you can do it yourself, most "big" items are not cheap after everything is said and done.

torque converter would be good i would also say maybe a set of HID's and then you would have money left over for a dark window tint and some truck nutz

As far as the install goes, I've done everything on my truck to date myself except for the gears and LSD. I'd be comfortable doing just about anything NOT transmission related...
