Need tires that last longer then a year
I had Terra Grapplers on my 2500 Silverado and really liked them. They looked cool too on my aftermarket rims
Got about 37k miles on them before I got new ones. They had a little life left, but big bad winter + driving distance...meant no chances.
I'll probably go with the Zeons when my stockers wear out. I've got 23k miles now and have about 8/32's of tread left. I'm not sure if it's the truck, the HEMI or the tires, but I hate certain surcumstances in the rain with this truck/tire combo. Any off camber , slightly slippery surface means I'm spinning with any throttle setting above idle when taking off from a stop. Tempting to toss it in 4WD for a split second
Hope the Zeons(or anything other than the OEM-ers) improve that.
