Add me to the tailgate victim list...
Well, You heard it right! Someone stole my tailgate last night. The funny thing is, that I drive 60 miles to work and didn't realize it until I got home. I'll tell you what, RhinoLiner is great stuff. I drove all 120 miles with a cardboard box sitting on the rear edge of the bed with my old exhaust (from last weekend) and it never moved. LOL.
The must have known the truck always sits there, and needed only the tailgate. They left the spare tire and 5 gallon gas can in the bed. I'm just glad they didn't scratch or break anything. Just when you think you live in a nice neighborhood.
Has anyone had to buy a new one from mopar? moparpartsamerica lists them at $483. I'm just wondering if I'll need any hardware. Then I'll have to get it painted and rhinolined.

Any idea what that would cost to ship to Michigan? I bet it'll be a "butt load!!" LOL. I never had mine off, but do you know how much they weigh?
Add international shipping with that... OUCH! I shipped some piston rings to a guy on the neon forum last fall and he paid $90 for them... I made less than $20 after the shipping to Canada. Like I said I'll keep in mind. Worse comes to worse and I buy a used from craigslist.
for a tailgate? they have to weigh at least 50lbs.
speakin of which...SIlver, what's the deal with the group buy on the Jimmy Jammer stuff??
