Well the trucks heading in to the body shop next week. Deer decided to not cross at the deer crossing sign and ran right in the driver side of my truck. Destroyed both fender flares, cracked the paint on the door, screwed up the bedside and scratches from here to there. $2900 damage to it....just dumbfounded and how quick it happened. I will try to post some pics if I can......

it was a doe....was on my way to the tree stand to hunt for the morning...just saw outta the corner of my eye and BAM....and then it got up and ran away....I know the pic doesnt show much....but theres a lot they need to do to it....

 

she was trying to get you before you got her! that sucks, the custom work on the paint will make it harder to match too.

i know how that goes man happen to me and my friend after putting in his stereo one decided to headbutt the car and die but to bad you didnt get a free bee for the season and just got my new stand today so the woods will be here this weekend

 

i hit one 2 days after i got my lisence... some bitch came out of no where, my little tacoma took a bit of a beating, but the deer was worse off... after i hit it, it was trying to drag itself off the road so i put it in reverse and backed over that bastards neck... it was a little tough but still good
i just needed a new radiator and bumper... if i hit one with my dodge, im sure the damage would be much more

 

and you know what....as I was waitin at the sherrifs station for the report, what popped into my head was what I have seen on here many times....make a repair a mod....so I am kinda lookin to see what I can do....on the exterior that is.....

 

That sucks, did the grill guard help at all? How did it take out both front fender flares?
