Somebody figured out how to adapt an intake for a 4.6 ford mod motor to a Mopar 4.7. Do a search.

AirRam, you need to go to his site, he's all about the 4.7. Click here.

Dude you just made me hate my 5.9! First off I get worse mileage than a Hemi, second I have less power, last but not least you guys get all the freakin upgrade parts and performance stuff!

Don't get me wrong the 5.9 doesn't skimp on power but I could get better mileage and almost a hundred more hp stock with a hemi! Yes, there are parts for the 5.9 but look at stuff like tuners. Their all designed to work with the hemi, and this manifold is designed only for the hemi.

360's (5.9's) have been around since 1972. The magnum redesign came about in the early 90's (hydraulic roller cams, pedestal rockers, EFI). I saw this Dakota at a car show years back. It had one of the first magnum engines and it was right after Crane came out with their retrofit hydraulic roller cams/lifters. So in place of the stock magnum went a stroked 340 (read 392). The basic engine design has been around since the 50's with the 'A' engine (original 318, semi-poly) and the LA (starting with the 273 in '64ish, post '67 318, '68-'71 340 & '72 & up 360). Waayyy more performance parts in place for the 318/360 vehicles. Hell, up until recently there were more 4.7 options. This is the first intake manifold anyone has come up with designed for production vehicle use without major modifications. I've been waiting for this....
