dodge it then ram it is corect about the gears, but the most expensive part are the specialty tools. it's not a hard job, but it takes the know how. it's very easy to watch someone and say, yeah..i can do that. But when the time comes, you only know how to follow the leader instead of being a leader. My cousin used to work at Pepboys. When he told me that he was the top guy there.
