ok yesterday i went to put a sound system on my truck not my ram my gmc sierra and i called my buddy to come over because the owner of the store nows me and ive bought many things over the years there so i could get my buddy good discounts so i went to the working shop area and there was this really cool silverado ss supercharged and the guy kept bragging all these things and he said that his SS came supercharged from facotry is this true? has anyone heard this? so he was getting me pissed with all this bull i would race him on my quad ca hemi bought i would lose i think my truck is all stock, so i tell my friend about this guy and he says when he gets there he will shut him up so we get there he checks out the ss and he tells him wanna race and the guy kept on making all these excuses up and my buddy and i were just laughing at him we might go back to the shop today he will be there again today cuz his truck will be done until tomorrow we will try to convince him to race my friend has exhaust air intake headers and dc performance tuner idk what that is. o and he the guy on the SS has 26's and the supercharger thats it but if they do race im guessing the guy will take them off, can my friend fit 20 or 18 on the srt 10??, so who do you think will win?? i will take pictures of the SS if its there today.

They certainly do NOT come with a supercharger stock. Either someone added a blower or he's making it up.

 

What year is the SS? I just did a quick search and the stats on the one I found said 0-60 in 6.3 seconds stock. That is not really that fast. BUT, there was another one with a blower that was running 0-60 in 4.3, that is fast. Neither had 1/4 mile numbers so don't have any info on that. Stock SRT 10 is doing 0-60 in 5.2.

A stock SS (as in non-supercharged) would get wasted by a stock SRT10. Even a blown one will get fits from a stock SRT10 (no replacement for displacement).

 

hes a *** we went he was therepicking up his truck he told my friend he could not race cuz his 8 year old kid was with him we understood and we told him to go to the ontario speedway but he said he could cuz he had to leave somewhere then my friend said it didnt have to be today it could be another day he said that he works alot and dosent have time.
