Default lift kits

anyone know of a good kit(suspension or body) for an 05 2wd, nothing crazy just enough to get off the ground...

If your not going to do any off-roading i would recommend a body lift from performance accessories and a leveling kit they are like $400 or less for 3'' body and a 2'' leveling kit for a total of 5'' lift but if your into off-roading you should definitely go for the suspension lift rough country does have a 3'' for $300, or a 6'' suspension lift for $900.

Like josemer09 said, it depends what you're planning on doing with your truck. Personally, I'm running the Rough Country 6" kit he mentioned and its a great kit for a lot less then you'll find other comparable lifts for.

But hey, you gotta pay to lift!!

The lifts arent hard to do BTW. Ive done all of my own.

cool i really think just a body lift would work
but im a noob lifting, if i had help from a couple buddies would we be able to do this?

how hard is a suspension lift, i mean is that something doable or would i need to take it somewhere?
i may do both...but i read on another thread to level first then a body lift, then last put a suspension lift...?

It doesn't matter which order you do them in, but if you're going the body lift route, you're gonna want to put a leveling kit on as well, otherwise you'll still have the nose-down stance, only 3" taller.

Like I said before, I did my susp lift by myself and by that I really mean all by myself with no help.
