Default Anyone do a body lift on an 07?

I want to put a 3" body lift on my 07 hemi and after looking through the instructions from Performance Accessories it looks pretty difficult.

If anyone has done one, please tell me you dont actually have to cut the cooling fan shroud.......??

I just did it on my 08 like 1 month ago.. Took me, my brother and 1 buddy 12 hrs in my driveway with no air.. Yes you do have to cut the **** outta the fan shroud but its not bad.. basically just cut it in half to bolt the extension pieces in it.. Other then that its just alot of brackets.. Oh and you have to cut your front bumper up a bit too.. that kinda sucked..

OK, no one will explain it better than Rubberfrog. So watch this video! I also am wanting to do a body lift, but I would like to see the engine compartment of a truck after the lift. Frog maybe you could help me just wondering if it looks funny with the engine sitting 3" lower.

Yah I agree with frog, definitely not possible in 4 hours.. The 4x4 shop up here told me it takes them 20 hrs.. But I think they were just tryin to scare me cause they probably dont make to much on just selling the lift kit.. Watch the video, thats what I did and it makes the install easy as hell.. If frog doesnt get a picture for you I can try and grab one tomorrow if I can find my camera..

This is the only picture I have, and it's not a stock engine bay.

3 inches is really a non-issue appearance wise.
