Default Today is my day

I guess today is my day. I took my "Brandie" in for her tire rotation at 7 am at the post tire store. They called and I went to pick it up at 1 pm. My left hand itched on the way, got there they did a oil change NOT the tire rotation, oops wrong service and wrong brand oil. I told them hey I only needed a tire rotation not an oil change. So they fixed it with the tire rotation and another oil change with the Mobil one I have been using at no charge, cool!!

I felt bad for the place but I only went there for the tire rotation. I did need to do a oil change thought I was over by about 800 miles. As a matter of fact I was going to run to Wally-world to get a gallon plus a quart of Mobil one then to Advanced for a Purolator filter. They did use a Fram Tough guard.

Think I need to change it out with a Purolator filter?? I guess I better go get a lottery ticket tonight too.

I have used Fram oil filters my entire driving career (25+ years) and never had any issues with Fram. I know a lot of people bash them, but hey, it works for me.

Open one up. Seriously lacking filter material. The extra guards are a little better. I just use a Mopar filter. Good enough for the OEM and the Lifetime Powertrain warranty, then good enough for me.
