Figured it out, it was the spark plugs FTW.
Apaprently the guy before me who owned the truck had the wires and plugs replaced....looks like they just replaced the wires and called it good. The plugs were very used up and looked like they'd been there a while. I replaced them last night in about 3 hours time and she starts quickly now...hardly have the turn the key.

I wonder if the NGK's I put in are the culprit? I guess I will have to pull a couple and look at them. They only have 17k on them.
I went out and pulled 2 plugs quickly, #1 and #4 cylinders and they look great with just a little brown color but the gap is between 55 and 60 thou. Is this gap too much?

Yeah I had NGKs in mine, I pulled them out and they were burnt pretty bad. I replaced them with Champion Platinums (what dodge recommends) and it starts and runs like a champ! Barely have to turn the key to get it to start. I would recommend ridding yourself of the NGKs.
Mine supposedly were replaced 13K miles ago...if thats the case the NGKs are the culprit I would guess
