Welcome to the forums!!

Well, it has more to do with being a 2500 than an 06.
You might contact Magnaflow. They may have something in the works. Perhaps even the Mega cab parts may fit since they actually use a 2500 chassis.
From the Magnaflow website:
"If you didn't find the answers you needed on this page, please send your questions to us at: muffler@magnaflow.com, or call our Tech Line @ (800) 817-3930 and a member of MagnaFlow's tech staff will help you."
You wouldn't want an edge tuner for a gas vehicle anyway. Here is the one that I have and highly recommend

when doing exhaust you dont absolutely NEED an entire catback. you can purchase any muffler you want and weld it in place of the stock one. the hemi already comes with 3" tubing, so you dont really need to replace that. and as far as other mods go, most stuff that works on a 1500 will also work on a 2500. they are basically the same truck with exception to the frame and suspension. i never have problems finding stuff for my 2500.

Like he said. I Just had that done to my truck 3 deays ago. Cut off the old muffler and they welded on a flowmaster 40 series. I had them take out the resonators(spelling) and it sounds mean as hell. I kept the stock routing but they could have also done a 2 outlet and ran duals. It was dirt cheap compared to buying a full cat-back system. Even having a custom mandrel bent exhaust is cheaper then buying the kits.

i think i was charged about $40 for welding in the muffler (AT3030) and $65 for fabricating and installing a new Y pipe.

I have the Airaid MIT as well. You can buy a Magnaflow 3" inlet with dual 2.5" outlets and have a shop custom bend some pipes. The pipes wipe be aluminized instead of stainless. You can get some nice stainless Magnaflow stainless tips as well.

Personally, I prefer a good exhaust shop over a kit anyway. Pick out the exact muffler you want, tips you want, and have them go to work. You'll likely get better routing, have a completely welded system, and for about the same money only you don't have to install it. I used RPM Muffler in Oceanside and it was right at 5 bills out the door for the cats back with 18" magnaflow and dual Texas tips straight out the back.

Programs for the 06 are difficult for some reason. I'm running the Hyperpac now, but only because Edge hasn't got theirs ready yet. Seems like they just skipped over the 06 when programming for the Hemi's.

I only gave $416 for my complete stainless Magnaflow kit shipped to my door. $500 seems a bit high unless it is mandrel bent stainless pipe. Took about 1 hr to remove my stock stuff and install the new. I prefer the nice band clamps over welded. That way if it needs to be removed for some reason, it comes apart without cutting. They don't leak either.

Unfortunately, it looks as if Magnaflow doesn't make a bolt on kit for the OP application.

Not use to this CatBack talk I am old school to pipe straight withthe Y pipe so what you are saying new muffler such as 40's or Magnuflow 3" in and #" out with a y pipe after that, I love my 40's on my Roadrunner what would the interior noise be like if I went with a Texas style, the 40's or the Magnuflows the truck is a daily driver mostly my wife with the children and some towing. and what could I expect for power with a dual exhaust intake spacer and cold air"Airaid". I am going to wait for the Edge unless the Superchip or Hypertech is good now.

Thanks
Michael
