Default Cup holder question.

I have an automatic trans with the electronic transfer case. The cupholders are in a hideaway tray located below the **** for the electronic transfer case. It's to the right of the ashtray.

Just wondering if Rams with the manual transmission and manual transfer cases have the cupholders also. It seems like the position of both of the manual shifters would obscure the cupholders. I'm considering a purchase of the Power Wagon late this fall and I would like the 6 speed manual, but I also really like cup holders. Yeah, I know. Seems petty. But hey, it's a 40k truck.

Any info is appreciated.

Not sure about the 2000+ trucks....but earlier they just moved the cup holders to the front of the center console for the manual tranny.

Thanks for the info and pics.

Ross944, I went to the website in your sig where you have some other pics of your truck. There is one pic that is just above the shifter and shows the front of the radio. Could you can take another pic in the same spot, but angle it down a bit so I can see the cupholders? Thanks.

there are 2 cup holders there. the only problem I have had with them has been with tall bottles. when I shift into 6th the stick will hit it. but other than that their pretty well placed.

I have a manual transfer and manual tranny (only way to go) I'll snap a pic when I get home from work and show the difference between ross' and mine. but there isnt much of a difference.

DO they have floor consoles like that for the auto's? My hide away cup holders seem tempermental and I'd rather have em on the floor.
