Angry Stalling problems

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram with a 4.7L V8 in it. I recently had the water pump replaced this summer in June or July and found out this past weekend that I had no coolant in the block but there was some in the radiator so I know that was causing the overheating. However the last couple of months I have been having more and more stalling problems. I took it to the dealership but of course they can't duplicate the problem. Although on my way home it stalls on me again. It only stalls when I'm coming to a stop at a light or sign or stop in general. I have no problems accelerating even putting the pedal to the floor or at constant speed. My truck will sit at idle. After it stalls it will crank right back up but it will idle near 1000 for 10 - 15 seconds, usual idle speed is between 650 and 700. The dealership gave me 3 recommendations: replace the IAC motor, throttle body cleaning, and EFI cleaning. Has anyone had this problem and have any better suggestions? I have not replaced the motor just yet as I had to order the part. I'm going to change that out and see if that works but I'm at a loss if it continues.

Thanks. Here's hoping this works. I'm tired of the stalling every 5 - 10 stops.

the filter is still pretty clean and there is absolutely nothing in the box between the filter and the throttle body. I'm surprised how clean that box looks. Just like it was brand new out of the show room.

There is some black build up. My part just came in so I'm on my way to go fix this problem right now. Thanks for the help.
