Front end go boom-boom-boom
Lately when I have been driving around I have been hearing a pretty annoying squeeking sound. Figured it was the brakes cause I knew it was about that time, Had them changed... then squeek comes back. THEN out of know where this loud deep noise would come from under the truck... Kinda almost made me want to just pull over and stop driving, but ...the noise comes and goes, I can make a daily commute without hearing anything...
SO, I climbed under the front end to find what appears to be teh stabalizer covered in grease, dust, all types of fun-ness. Looks like it'll need to be replaced.
Anybody had this happend? suggestions?

Like this? "Boom boom-boom boom, A-haw haw haw haw" it's called John Lee Hooker syndrome. Honestly without looking at it, take it to a mechanic for trouble shooting, or try the shotgun approach and just start replacing thing until the fix presents itself. Then let everyone know on here.
The Funky noise would also correspond with this? I think you are right on the money! Thank you! I will fill you in as I go through the repair process
x2, and the 'stabilizer' is probably the steering rack boots. 1500's do not have stabilizers.
