it might help, but i dunno bout that one. i dont know anything about towing stuff. yeah, it is a bit optimistic, but ima "cup's half full" kinda guy. and your trucks always psycologically faster after you do something to it.

I think its worth it, but not from the performance point of view. It should help and I agree with Teacher you should feel a slight diference. I think bolt-ons are part of the fun and in conjunction with other "matching" bolt-ons they could add to something worth while. Do it! It ill make you engine compartment better looking, make your engine sound better and you will enjoy your truck more.

More power, better fuel effi or towing abilities all depend on what you get, your truck and other mods you make to your truck. It's a good place to start in my humble opinion.

What are u considering getting?

yeah, if you get the CAI, an exhaust, and a tuner (which has the towing option) than you'll see a huge improvment and its well worth it.

all valid points. They also marginally improve fuel economy. The K&N CAI on my Magnum boosted fuel economy from 12 to a wopping 12.5!

True, but it sounds like a TIE fighter from Star Wars which makes it well worth the money! LOL
