My distributor is located on the back of the engine. How should I remove it from there? Take out the whole engine?!WHere is the Crank Position Sensor located?

On the passenger side upper bellhousing. I didn't know there was one back there until I did an engine swap on by buddy's 97 ahwile back.

I am assuming you have a 5.9L since you didn't mention this above and have a distributor?

Yes,I have 5.9L no HEMI. I think it may be the starter since it turns slowly. Even if there wasn't a spark the engine should rotate normal. How I can check the starter then without removing it first? If I connect a computer it should show me some kind of code that the starter might be faulty?

How hard it is to replace the starter? I don't know if I have to wait until saturday or I can do it in 2 hours.

Okay guys I found the problem!!! One of the spurk plug wires come off by the distributor. Simple!!! But the question is how that happened? And is one disconnected plug can cause engine to rotates slowly?

Never heard of that. Basically impossible for a missing plug wire to bog down a starter.

Me either. That's why I'm asking. I wasn't by the car when that happened. My uncle was trying to fix it and he said that he was just touching those cables and he felt that he pushed one in.
I hope it is not just temporary fix
