I have an 06 Dodge Ram 1500. I bought a pretty good quality Xenon light kit and installed it. At first, with the key off, the hi beams worked fine, so did the lows. When i started the engine, the highs still worked fine, but the lows would flash 5 times then shut off. Next day, the lows would not work at all, highs worked fine.
Next I unhooked everything and put the halogens back in. Once again, highs worked, but now the lows did not. I found the capacitor soution, so i installed it and re-installed the xenon kit. No difference. Highs work, lows don't.
Seems like i fried something in the truck itself. Anybody have any ideas? Kind of baffling why the high beams still work....

im having about the same problem,i hooked mine up to the parking lts. worked for 3 mths. now all lts don'y work. let me know if you found any thing out.
