Rumble at idle

Rumble at idle
Hi, I am picking up my new ( to me) 2006 5.7 hemi quad cab 4x4 tomorrow and I have read some posts here on muffler upgrades. my question is what muffler gives a nice rumble at idle without being obnoxiously load at WOT. Is the cherry bomb too loud for regular driving? Ive read that some magnaflows are quiet at idle but liven up when you gas it but is there something in the middle that won't drive you crazy at 60 mph at 2000rpms? I dont mind it screaming when you gas it but at cruising speed tames a bit. Just throwing it out as I would like to get a muffler and a new K+N this weekend. Thanks.

My Magnaflow cat-back kit #16700 has a noticeable idle, not really loud, sounds good cruising at 2000rpm but you can talk normally and hear the radio at low volumes, and sounds really good wide open and is fairly loud.
I must say that if you get a louder muffler, it will sound crappy when the MDS kicks in unless you get a programmer like the Diablosport Predator and disable it.

or you can get a loud muffler and dyna mat, or boom mat the interior of your truck, they sell a cheaper version on ebay, cant remember what its called, but its a sticky backed thick rubbery stuff, do you interior, (floors half way up the back of the cab and the inside of your doors) and it will be noticeably quieter in the truck

aspirin is a little hard on my stomach and i drive at least 100kms a day. Id hate to get addicted to hardcore painkillers for the sake of a muffler :.)
Lxman1 does the magna flow that you have cause the MDS to sound bad or are you refering to a cherry bomb style setup. Also what air filter setup do you use and are all 2006 5.7 hemis running MDS or was it an option. I havent had time to get a spec sheet from the dealer for my truck and couldnt notice if the mds was on the truck or not.
