Anyone heard of the Bully Dog Tuner or know abything about them?

Bully Dog makes great tuners and accessories for diesel engines, but not so much for gassers. If you're looking at tuning options for the Hemi, check out the Superchips Flashpaw 3865 or the Diablosport Predator, or if your doing serious engine work like heads, cams, etc, check out SCT.

Bullydog. has nothing compared to SC or Diablo. Just the transmission fucntions and the MDS disable alone are worth every penny. Truck shifts waaaaay better with mds disabled.

 

would definatly say check out the diablo.. I have the Flashpaq, the SCT and I got the diablo with my supercharger and the diablo is by far my favorite tuner.

 

Do both superchip and diablo have that mds option? Do they both have tow setting?

 

Can you tell me how they are set up....do you just plug it in, is in always hooked up, can it be done without a machanic?

 

yes they both have mds option, no mechanic needed for either... the diablo allows for more tunability and you can send out for custom tunes on the diablo which last i knew you couldnt with the superchips.

 

Bullydog is the Turd Burglar of gas tuners.

 

I've had both the DSP and SC, don't think you can go wrong with either one if you are planning on using canned tunes.
