Got spark? Bad headgasket will still allow the truck to run, just not at it's peak performance. Check the plugs and make sure you've got fuel getting to the injectors.

You could spray some starter fluid in the TB. Thats how I would start testing. Have you checked all of your fuses?

I think he's confused. You said "test" the fuel by spraying starter fluid in the throttlebody and I think he thought you meant test the fuses...lol

There is a shrader valve just like a valve stem on a wheel. You can remove the cap and press the plunger down and if fuel squirts out, then you have fuel pressure. The valve is on the fuel rail, possibly on the pass. side. maybe it has a green cap?? I never really paid much attention. Just make sure your on the fuel rail on not on an AC line which is kinda obvious.
I would put a rag under the valve and not look at it because it may or may not squirt out like a banshee? I've always had it trickle out because you only need to press the plunger down just a little bit. Not all the way. it's just like letting a tiny bit of air out of your tires.

One more thing. Turn your key to ignition position without trying to start. Let it sit there for about 5 sec so that the fuel pump can prime and build pressure. otherwise if your truck has been sitting, you may not get much or if anything out of the valve at all. Make sure you turn the key OFF before you touch the valve.
