I had the same type of crap from Jiffy lube. I had an Accord that you absolutely could not remove the filter without getting oil on the exhaust pipe, so for the first few miles after a change, you'd smell the oil burning off. Took it to Jiffy Lube, and no smell going home. Checked the oil, completely black and the filter just wiped off. Took it back, showed them, got told that the black oil was normal (yeah, right). Back to changing myself now. In winter, theres a Walmart near me that does Mobil 1 changes for like 32 bucks or so. You stand there and watch them pour it in. No more Jiffy Lube.
