well my wife was BSing around the house being bored today so i gave her something to do. she took the ram down to the shop and got my ride a new exhaust. was suppose to be a cat-back system but my truck already had 3" piping all the way back from the factory, so all i needed was the magnaflow muffler and the guy actually took a section from my old setup and used it as the turn down. $160 out the door, can't beat that and the truck sounds like a friggin pitbull now (actually scared my pit when it pulled up lol). dont think i need to post a video, you guys know what the magnaflows sound like already. but anyone in the area that needs some exhaust work done, go hit up Jason at Muffler World in El Centro. good guy, awesome work and reasonable pricing. going back in a few weeks for some JBA headers, an electric cutout, and maybe a full dual setup. we'll see how it goes gotta do some research on the duals first...

 

exnay the full dual...not enough back pressure for the 4.7l my exhaust guy said it would actually hurt my performance if i did it.... but dont just take my word for it im sure others might disagree but im not perfectly sure just what i was told.....

 

thats what i was thinking too. i figure if long tube headers are too much then full duals would be too much too. haven't had time to research it but i know shorties and a cut-out are next on my list then exhaust should be completely done

 

i wish my wife had any interest in doing anything to my truck, bored or not. the only hting she does is tell me its pretty and ask to drive. she wont even gas it up

my wife loves my truck. she's a total garage buff, though u'd never know it cuz she refuses to leave the house without makeup. when i met her she drove a 72 stang with a 351 cleveland she built (with her dad) with a supercharged & stroked 5.0 in the garage. she's a one of a kind. i trust her with my truck to a point. she takes good care of it and always fills it up but i dont want her to get too attached either
