Finally Got A System!

Right there. It really works wonders. It hides behind the deck so you can't see it at all. Except I didnt pay retail for it ($140) I got it for around $50-55 on ebay. Some of them pop up here and there for cheap..

yeah i found it. everywhere selling them for 115..0 or less. pretty neat little setup. i found a seller on ebay with the pdx-4.100 for 289.00 shipped. i think i will go that route unless i find one like you did for 50.00. i just ordered my type-r componets 128.80 shipped. i feel like a kid in a candy store

Hey i have an IDA X305 too! this is a great Head unit here is a website where u can actually convert your own pics to fit in your headunits wallpaper! http://josh1.com/Music/AlpineImageCo...5-8e1d76071a6e just upload them with your usbstick ! 
i have it in my camaro its pretty cool!. I have a question tho. Does your next button to skip thru songs stick? like i have to push mine several times to go 2 a new song sometimes. some other guy had the same problem too and he said its because the Prev/next are on the same button? IDK ? Do you have this problem? Im thinknig about contacting alpine..

yeah my freezes from time to time. i figured the would tell me it was my ipod since it is an older classic. it may be that you need the full speed cable.

nice set up. i have the ida-x200 and love it. just buy an ipod classic 30 or 80 gig load it up and throw it in the glove box. i also got the swi jac( steering wheel control adapter) on ebay for 40.00 nib and the full speed ipod cable for 5.00 also on ebay. i like not having cd's to change out. i wish i would have gotten the 300 though. ill have to call crutchfield to see if they will swap me. also bolt your amp and box down. for security and insurance, they will not cover anything that is not bolted to the vehicle. i found out the hard way.

Hey man, When your new box gets to ya, and your lookin to offload that, let me know. been lookin for one for a while. And, what did you search for on ebay to find that? I have been lookin for a while now, and I never find anything. always come up with no results found.
