I made a thread with pics awhile ago when I installed my roll pan. I'd get the link for you but I'm ony phone. Basically you need to take out the 6 bed bolts, unscrew the ground wire running from the cab to the bed, unscrew the gasline from the bed, then lift the bed about 4 inches off the frame. Make sure you don't hit the cab.
what? i really hope your joking... you dont even have to take off the factory bumper ball hitch. all you do it unbolt the 4 or 6 bolts that hold the bed to the frame. (dont worry bout taking the "black bar" piece off the bumper first cuz they will come off as one) then go toward the cab about 3 feet and theres 2 more bolts bolting the bed to the frame. take those out and then you can have a buddy lift up on the bed while you slide out the bumper. simple as that. its not that hard...

the bumper is bolted to the frame BETWEEN the bed and the frame. and there's a lip on the edge of the bed, hence why you have to lift it up a lil bit to slide the rear bumper assem. out.

i ran into the same problem when i put mine on... take the bumper off first... then take the bolts out of the hitch assembly... next undo the 4 bolts that hold ur bed to the frame... have one person lift the bed up in the rear and get under ur truck and kick the f*c* out of the back of the receiver and whoop it poops right off!

hey that'd be awesome... except im in between bikes right now. so im bikeless at the monent. i could go out and get one if i wanted, but im going to iraq in april, training starts in january... so its pointless to get one and pay for it if i cant ride it. so im gonna get another when i get back. i had a 636, so its either another one or a ZX-10... im thinking the 1000 cuz my wife loves to go for rides. but if and when you are this way... hit me up!

I tried just lifting up the bed, it didn't work. My bed was hitting the cab before i had enough clearance to pull out the tow bar, so i had to lift it off the frame.

Here's a link to when i took mine off:

The 08' ZX-10R.......Freaking badass bike! Buddy of mine has one. Man, you wanna talk about wicked fast? I am a diehard Suzuki fan myself, but the ZX10.....blows it out of the water. Not even a comparison. That's after the mods of course. But hey, who buys a sport bike and doesn't mod it? LOL. His dyno'd at 171.4hp at the rear wheel. Shoot, that's probably more than my truck is putting to the pavement. LOL.
