Oh, I am sure the 10.49 listed when I bought mine is crank HP and not RWHP.
The thing with a CAI is not what you get out of it alone, it's what you get in conjunction with other mods. Must be beneficial, I've seen too many ads for Headers that list "should be installed in conjunction with CAI" and for that matter many cams that say "MUST be installed with CAI and Headers"...
