I did cut my taurus fan shroud a bit to make it fit better in my OEM shroud. If you look closely at the pic with the fan laying down and the strap mounted to it then you can see the very top and bottom bolts are the ones with thread showing and they are the ones that are used to mount it to the rad. If you look more closely you can see they have a nut already on them which is used to space the fan about 1/4" away from the rad so that when the efan is against the rad, its nuts do not make contact with the rad fins and bend them.
