looks good it def fits.....i would remove the yellow strap tho...i left one tied up in the bed it came unraveled and flew between the cab and bed on my red truck and it wrapped around my d/s going 60 and a really loud bang happened i got out everything looked fine it ran fine and saw that and shizzed myself it bent the front of the bed against the cab back about 16" i had to bend it back and fix it....pissed me off now i dont leave straps in there at all......
