What type of truck you running?
You need to include what year and engine etc, before we can give you any heads up.
Complete a signature on your account, so we can see what we have to work with.
How did you fix this code originally?
Al.

tune-up on plugs are due every 30kmi. Buy cheap copper plugs that are reccomended for replacement NOT the better one's. I'd start there.

Replaced the coil on cylinder 7 again, still has a bit of misfire. What could it be?

What did the plugs look like? Did you check the gapping on them? Also, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a clogged fuel injector either.

I would recommend to perform a compression test on the cylinder that you have the misfire problem. Remember remove only one spark plug. Not both or you will show that you have no compression. A lot of people make this mistake. If the engine is running bad and you know which cylinder is misfiring, Remove the valve cover and inspect the valve springs. You could either have a broken valve spring or a valve seat that fell out the head and is holding the valves open.
