yeah theres been a few guys that have blacked out the "crosshairs" and left the outside body color but i havent seen a chrome border yet i think it would look sweet go for it....just make sure your prep is good and remember its plastici used a adhesion promoter first then primer and then a cpl layer of color then a few of clear thats of course let it dry for a few minutes longer than the can says.....im sure you can do a good job that bumper came out great.....
