Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking. Don't think the 4.7L Block itself could hold up to all that boost and added power. It might split right in to two. LOL. That would suck!

If you did build up the 4.7 and it did split, please get pics. Lots of pics. LOL
Besides, you drop that 7.0 you could get some 426 badges off and old muscle car and mount them. I would at least.

LOL i like the sound of that. Im a fan of sleepers though.
One thought on doing the swap, what about your tranny? Your gonna have to get a 48re out of an srt-10 if you want to stick with an auto. No way the 545re would hold up.

Yeah i know. Actually I was thinking about calling ATI to see if they had something that would work/fit. ATI makes some good strong Auto Trans'. My dad has one in his Pro Street Nova.

In the long run its going to need a hell of alot of work more than just the engine. You'll need a new trans that will mount to the engine and be able to support that kind of power plus the new harnesses new computer programming for both the trans and engine then you'll need to be sure the engine and trans will even fit. There are a lot more variables and a lot more $$$ then just buying an engine.

Duh......LOL. I was just asking about the engine itself. Not trying to be rude or anything. I do realize the variables. LOL.

Think I may just have to do that. Hmm, maybe I can get a group rate if enough of you guys want that motor. LOL. I'm guessing that it's gonna cost me around 6-7K JUST for the motor. Which is a fraction of Retail price. So, as soon as I save my bones, I'm sooo buying that! LOL.
